Finding My Mojo

I spent most of this past weekend moving… yet again. I’m beginning to believe that I’m part gypsy because I can no longer sit still. In less than four years, I’ve now moved three times. I can’t help it. Most of the weekend was spent locked in the odious task of unpacking boxes and once again determining where things will go. Most things have a place in my world and aren’t allowed to change. The gargoyles go on the upper shelf of my desk. My alarm clock is on the right side of my bed. And other random things like that.

I think the thing that alarms me the most is that I’ve completed three books and each book has been written in a different location. So, now I’m beginning to work on Book 4 and I have to find that comfortable spot that will allow me to work for several hours in a row without noticing it, because my focus is completely on my characters. I have to find that special spot that calls out to me. That magical place where my mojo is hiding. I hope it followed me to this new house.

Because I’m a little concerned about my potentially missing mojo, I’ve decided to head for something a little lighter. I haven’t done a personality quiz here in a long time so here is a new one I found. Below are my results.

You Are a Chocolate Cake

Fun, comforting, and friendly.

You are a true classic, and while you're not super cutting edge, you're high quality.

People love your company - and have even been known to get addicted to you.

Enjoy!
