It's just been one of those days. I tried to drop off my drycleaning today only to discover that the drycleaner is closed on Sunday. I went to drop off a prescription at the pharmacy, but due to high winds all day, the power was out at the store. I went to have my laptop fixed today only to discover that I need a new one. (Yes, my 2-week old laptop as issues, but they are doing a free swap for me). This leaves me without a laptop until Monday. And finally, I was without power today for several hours due to the aforementioned high winds.
I think I should have just stayed in bed.
On the plus side, I think I got my edits done for my novella, and we all know that that's the important thing. Since I am in need of a laugh, here are two episodes of the muppets.

It's good to hear you weren't without power very long. Some folks in Oxford are being told it will be Wednesday at the earliest before they get power. James and I were out for about 13 hours. No big loss except we ended up bored. Neighbors lost some trees. Again good to hear you're all right, aside from all the Murphy's law items you mentioned!
