I am happy to report that Dayhunter and the novella for the upcoming anthology have been shipped to my editor. Happy dance, everyone! It is so nice to finally feel like I am making some progress of the pile of work that I have sitting on my desk. Right now, all I have left that I owe my editor is Book 3.
However, I have a small side project that needs my attention. On Wednesday, October 8 at 7:30 p.m., I will be giving a reading at Northern Kentucky University. I've decided to dig up the short stories that I worked on that finally led to the Dark Days series. It takes a look at a pair of characters that eventually became Mira and Danaus. I really liked the orginal characters, but unfortunately, I saw the destructive road they were headed down and I couldn't come up with any way to save them, so I let them go.
But tonight, I'm taking some time off. I watching a couple episodes of House and reading a gift that friend.

Jocelynn,
House this season is awesome. I'm confused about Wilson's part though. I'm liking the new guest appearances to fill in the gapes though.
Enjoy your day off!
You'll be at NKU next week? How exciting! Where exactly will it be? I'd love to go and listen!
