For many, the approach of Fall brings forth lovely visions of colorful leaves or the start of another school year. For me, visions of black leather boots dance through my head. Yes, as you walk through the shoe stores and department stores, strappy sandals are on the clearance racks and beautiful leather boots fill the shelves. While I don't think I qualify as a shoe fanatic, I will admit that I have a definite weakness for leather boots, preferably black with a minimum of a three-inch heel.
I am happy to report that my recent boot order has arrived and I am quite pleased. I have included a picture below of one of the two pairs that I picked up for this season. Yeah, for me, leather boots are both empowering and sexy. What's not to love?!?!

I was going out Saturday night and spent an extraordinary amount of time trying on outfits to go with my favorite pair of healed, leather, black boots.

Oh, please, where else but at Victoria's Secret! Actually, that pair and another are first I've bought from them, but they are fabulous. They have a great selection this year and are having a boot sale right now. ... great, now my blog has become an ad for Vicki's....
I didn't even know they had shoes! And I've actually never bought anything there. ;-)
