Celebratory Book Giveaway

Our puppy Max is home!

Yep, he's made a recovery and he's back home, where he's laying on the floor watching Sons of Anarchy with the O.H. and trying to get the cats to play with him. He's got some medicine to help him for a few more days and some special bland food, but HE's HOME!

In celebration of him returning home, I stopped by Borders one last time before they close and I picked up some books to give away! Are you interested? Let's see if I can pique your interest:

I am giving away the following anthologies:

Huntress
Unusual Suspects
Haunted by Your Touch
Dark and Stormy Knights
Many Bloody Returns
Wolfsbane and Mistletoe

Along with copies of

Stray by Rachel Vincent
Sunshine by Robin McKinley
Magician: Apprentice by Raymond E. Feist

None of these books are signed. They all fit under the fantasy umbrella with subsets of urban fantasy, dark fantasy, and paranormal romance. I will be picking three winners and throwing in signed copies of Burn the Night as well. I will pick three winners at random and I will mix up the books so you will not know what you're receiving. The only thing that I can say is that each winner will receive 2 anthologies and 1 signed copy of Burn the Night. My hope is to potentially introduce you an author that you have not tried yet.

Now are you interested?
Thought so.

This contest is open to U.S. and international readers.
Leave a comment on this blog.
The contest closes on at 11:59 pm Eastern time on Thursday, September 8.
I will announce the winner on Friday, September 9.
The winners will have one week to contact me.

Our house is a foster place for pups and kits, and we had three of fourteen - two different liters about the same age - get parvo, two of them died but the third is in a good home.

I'm sooo glad the puppy is alive and happy. Hope he gets better!

Thanks for throwing the contest for new authors!

I always hate it when I'm away from my pets-it's like missing your best friend! Glad your puppy is back and wish him a speedy recovery.

All these books sound wonderful-great way to celebrate! Think I might have to swing by Borders again myself to get some more reading for my winter reading pile (it'll be here soon, *sigh*).

We are happy that Max is home and doing better. It is hard to have a sick puppy. We had issues with our dog losing his hair. Come to find out it was his dog food. We switched to Blue and he is doing so much better! Wishing Max the best of health.

After stumbling across your blog, I picked up a copy of Nightwalker. I already love it and can't wait to see where this tale goes. It is so hard to find first person POV books worth reading anymore, but yours has definitely caught my attention.

So glad Max is home. It's awful when they are unwell and you can't do much to help them except wait. Bet the cats are glad to see him too even if they don't show it :D

You've made some lovely choices of books there for your giveaway (having read Sunshine and one or two others I can vouch for that).
