First: The Rambling Part
I skipped up to Maryland (not technically, I took a plane) this weekend for a signing at Turn the Page bookstore in Boonsboro, Maryland. There were many wonderful and delightful authors there, including the amazing Nora Roberts. I even got to shake her hand. I'm hoping that just a little of her writing greatness rubs off so I may not bathe for a few days to test it out. There were some great fans in attendance and I signed lots of books. I nearly ran out of Nightwalker, which is a good sign of new potential readers of the series (fingers crossed).
One of the most exciting parts was that I got to see the published copy of Wait for Dusk for the first time. Yes, this book doesn't come out for another two weeks, but Turn the Page now has signed copies on hand.
And I bet you can see where this is leading to...
I snagged a bunch of early copies of Wait for Dusk and I'm ready to run a contest! Have you read Pray for Dawn? If so, you know it's a bit of a cliffhanger. Now you don't have to wait quite so long. Win a copy of Wait for Dusk now!!
Leave a comment below to be entered into the contest.
It is open to International and domestic readers.
The contest closes on Wednesday, July 14.
I will announce the winners on Thursday, July 15. You MUST reply back to me by Sunday, July 18. Otherwise, I will not have time to get the book in the mail before I leave for San Diego Comic Con and then RWA in Orlando. In other words, check back to the blog so you don't miss out!!!
In the meantime, happy reading and have a great weekend. I'm going to kick back and enjoy a new book myself before I fly home tomorrow.
